Sales Expert for a 25+ Year Digital Marketing Agency

Has to have sales experience This is not a digital marketing position, its a sales position (cold outreach) We're a marketing agency that's been around for 20+ years, and we're growing our team nationwide. We're looking for friendly, driven salespeople from the Long Island area to help more local businesses find us. You don't need a fancy resume or agency experience. What we care about is that you genuinely like people, you're comfortable starting conversations from scratch, and you have the drive to follow through and close. Cold calling is a MAJOR part of the job, so being confident on the phone matters. If you can write a good cold email, work a room, and pick up the phone without hesitating, you'll fit right in. Here's the best part. Once you bring a client in, we take it from there. We handle fulfillment and make sure they're happy, so you can focus on what you do best: connecting with people and closing deals. And you won't be doing it alone. We're setting up a Slack channel for the sales team so everyone can share what's working, swap ideas, and get better together. Good people make each other better here. What you'd be doing - Finding new local businesses and opening the door through cold email, cold calling, and outreach - Talking with prospects in plain, honest terms about what we can do for them - Negotiating and closing the deal - Sharing wins, tips, and leads with the rest of the team What we're hoping you bring - A warm, easy way with people and the confidence to start conversations cold - Real drive and the follow through to turn a lead into a client - Proven experience, and proficient with follow ups. - Very Comfortable on the phone, since cold calling is part of the role Clear, honest communication without the jargon Has to have sales experience Based on Long Island The deal This is commission-based, 10-15%+ (negotiable) (our sales are high ticket), so the harder you work, the more you earn, with no cap.
