We are a premium Los Angeles-based chocolate and gifting brand looking for a highly experienced sales operations / business development systems expert to help us build a complete outbound sales infrastructure from the ground up. We are looking for someone who can architect and organize a repeatable B2B sales system focused on: Boutique hotels Hospitality groups Corporate gifting Event planners Luxury retail High-end partnerships Wholesale accounts Our products include luxury chocolates, nuts, gifting products, and custom/co-branded hospitality items. We already have early traction with hotels and hospitality accounts, and now want to build a scalable, organized system behind it. We need someone who understands BOTH: 1. Sales operations / CRM systems 2. Relationship-driven luxury or hospitality outreach You may be helping us build the foundation that future sales reps and account managers will operate on top of. WHAT WE NEED BUILT We need help creating: 1. CRM STRUCTURE Pipeline stages Contact organization Deal tracking Follow-up systems Task management Dashboards Reporting 2. TARGET DATABASES Research and organize: Hotels Event planners Corporate gifting buyers Luxury retailers Hospitality groups Wedding/event companies Agencies/studios Concierge services 3. OUTREACH SYSTEMS Email sequences Follow-up cadences Outreach templates Sales scripts Sampling workflows CRM automations 4. REPORTING & VISIBILITY We need clear reporting for: Outreach activity Response rates Samples sent Conversion rates Reorders Pipeline value Account stages 5. PROCESS/SOPS Create organized systems for: Sending samples Follow-up timing Reorders Account management Internal task handoffs IDEAL EXPERIENCE Strong preference for candidates with experience in: Luxury brands Hospitality sales Corporate gifting Wholesale systems Boutique food/beverage brands Premium CPG CRM architecture Outbound systems Sales operations RevOps Experience with any of the following is a major plus: HubSpot Monday.com ClickUp Apollo Clay Instantly Smartlead AI-assisted outbound workflows IMPORTANT We are NOT looking for: Generic appointment setters Aggressive cold callers Basic virtual assistants Traditional boiler-room salespeople We ARE looking for: Systems thinkers Operators Builders Process-oriented sales strategists Someone who can help us create an organized machine TO APPLY Please include: 1.
