Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented sales intelligence specialist to support our outbound prospecting efforts. This role focuses on identifying, researching, and building targeted prospect lists within our ICP, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for a B2B SaaS company in the fashion/retail technology space. Responsibilities: Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io based on defined ICP criteria (industry, role, company size, geography) Conduct account and contact-level research to identify key decision-makers (pricing, digital, merchandising, e-commerce roles at fashion/luxury retailers) Enrich and verify contact data (emails, phone numbers, job titles, org structure) Maintain and update saved searches, lead lists, and account lists in Sales Navigator Sync and manage prospect data flow into HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data and no duplicates Monitor signals (job changes, company news, funding, hiring trends) to flag warm outreach opportunities Segment lists for ABM campaigns and sales outreach sequences Track and report on list quality, data coverage, and pipeline contribution metrics
