About Srotas Health: Srotas Health is an AI-powered clinical trial operations platform that helps research sites, CROs, and pharma companies streamline patient recruitment, site feasibility, and patient engagement workflows using AI agents and healthcare-specific large language models. We are a fast growing UK based healthtech startup currently in growth stage, working on expanding our customer base and raising funds. We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented individual to support our founders with business development efforts. About the Role This is a hands on role where you will directly support the founders in driving outreach across three key areas investor relations, commercial growth and conference/event engagement. You will be responsible for finding the right contacts, managing the founders' conference calendar, and ensuring every event attended translates into real business conversations and follow ups. This role is perfect for someone who is hungry, organised and wants to be at the heart of a fast moving healthtech startup that is solving a real problem in the clinical trials industry. Key Responsibilities Investor Outreach Research and identify relevant VCs, angel investors and funding platforms with a focus on the UK market Monitor relevant platforms and channels to track recent funding activity in the healthtech and clinical trials space Build and maintain structured investor prospect lists on Excel/Google Sheets Send personalised outreach messages on behalf of the founders and track responses Follow up with investors who have not responded and keep the pipeline active Commercial Outreach Manage and follow up on existing leads in HubSpot Write personalised and engaging follow up emails to warm leads including research sites, CROs and pharma companies Book discovery calls and meetings with potential customers on behalf of the founders Track all communications and update CRM regularly to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Conference & Event Management Research and identify relevant industry conferences, summits and networking events the founders should attend — particularly in clinical trials, healthtech and life sciences Evaluate each event for relevance — who will be attending, what is the agenda, what is the potential business value Handle all conference registrations, travel coordination and logistics for the founders Before each event — research attendees and prepare a target list of people the founders should connect with along with key talking points Brief the founders before each event with goals and priority contacts After each event — manage all follow ups with contacts met at the conference Write LinkedIn posts or event recaps to maintain visibility after events Track all event leads in HubSpot and ensure every contact is followed up properly What We Are Looking For Must Have 1-2 years experience in sales support, business development, executive assistance or events coordination Excellent written English — ability to write clear, professional and persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages Comfortable using LinkedIn for research and outreach Basic CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Strong organisational skills — able to manage founders' event calendar alongside outreach tasks Ability to work ahead of time — conference prep must happen weeks in advance Self driven and proactive — does not need constant supervision or direction Good to Have Understanding of the UK startup, healthtech or clinical trials ecosystem Familiarity with investor platforms or funding databases Experience working with an early stage startup Experience coordinating executive travel or events Basic understanding of B2B sales process Interest in AI, healthcare or clinical research
