This role focuses on quality over quantity. The objective is to provide accurate, verified, and actionable sales intelligence that helps our team secure meetings and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect Research Research companies within target industries including: - Water Utilities - Wastewater Treatment Plants - Animal Feed Manufacturers - Poultry Farms/Dressing Plants/Integrators - Livestock Farms/ Slaughterhouses / Integrators - Flour Mills - Mining Companies - Power Plants - Hotels - Resorts - Malls - Casinos - Hospitals - Property Developers and their locators - Government Agencies - Industrial Parks - Construction Companies To be discussed on which industries to pursue. 2. Company Qualification Research and verify: - Company profile - Main products/services - Manufacturing locations - Number of facilities - Existing water treatment and waste water treatment systems (if available) - Potential need for chemicals or water treatment solutions - Existing suppliers (when publicly available) - Expansion projects 3. Decision Maker Identification Identify relevant contacts such as: - Plant Manager - Engineering Manager - Utilities Manager - Operations Manager - Purchasing Manager - Procurement Officer - Supply Chain Manager - President/Owner - General Manager - Operations Director - Facilities Manager 4. Contact Verification Verify: - Name - Position - Email - Direct Email (when publicly available) - LinkedIn Profile (if any) - Phone Number - Company Address - Website (if any) 5. CRM Database Development Maintain an organized database containing: - Company Name - Industry - Location - Contact Person - Position - Email - Phone Number - Website - LinkedIn - Business Size - Notes - Lead Status 6. Opportunity Research Identify opportunities such as: - New manufacturing plants - Plant expansions - Government infrastructure projects - Water district developments - Industrial park developments - Environmental compliance projects - Wastewater treatment upgrades - Public bidding opportunities - Other Opportunities 7. Weekly Reporting Provide: - Number of companies researched - Verified contacts obtained - High-priority prospects - Market insights - Competitor observations - Challenges encountered
