We are digital marketing agency. We're seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growth operations. The Opportunity: You'll directly fuel our client acquisition engine by executing targeted outreach across LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other platforms (using company accounts), AI-enhanced research, and proposal preparation. This role is 100% focused on growth activities (not general admin), leveraging our proprietary AI toolkit to identify and engage ideal clients: niche startups and small businesses building new marketing departments. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): - Strategic Multi-Channel Outreach: - Send hyper-personalized messages and custom links to target prospects (startups/small businesses with new marketing teams) across LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other channels, all through company accounts. - Research and qualify leads using AI tools to identify ideal-fit clients for our data-driven marketing systems. -Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English - AI-Powered Research & Prep: - Conduct market/competitor research using AI agents and tools (we'll train you on our specific stack). - Assist in preparing client proposals with data-driven insights and case studies. - Growth Operations: - Maintain prospect databases in EspoCRM (an open-source CRM, similar to HubSpot). - Organize research findings and lead intelligence for sales team handoff. - Tool Ecosystem Support: - Document workflows for our AI tools (e.g., Landing Page Analysis, Explore Customer Beliefs). - Flag opportunities to optimize AI agent performance. What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications): - Must be comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar—no prior agency tools needed; we'll train you). - Experience with professional outreach on LinkedIn, email, Instagram, or similar platforms (sending personalized messages through business accounts). - Strong attention to detail for research and data organization. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., CRM, lead generation). - Ability to work independently in a remote, contractor environment. - Must be available for at least 2 hours during NYC business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time) for time-sensitive coordination tasks. - Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with EspoCRM (our primary CRM system). - Familiarity with n8n or other workflow automation tools. - Experience with open-source marketing tools (we use several open code platforms). - Portfolio showing proposal/research work (class projects welcome!). - Understanding of data-driven growth (vs. "vanity metric" marketing).
