Summary

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered outreach, Clay, Smartlead, and lead database management. This person will identify the right decision-makers, find and verify their names, titles, LinkedIn profiles, and email addresses, and turn each prospect into a highly personalized outbound message. They should be able to analyze any LinkedIn profile, identify relevant shared connections, experiences, interests, and company-specific context, and use that information to create specialized outreach that increases response rates. They will also manage large lead databases, organize and enrich contact information, convert existing email lists into structured mailing databases, build targeted campaigns, and manage outreach at scale while maintaining a high level of personalization.
