Sales Operations Assistant — iHealth 360 (Part-Time, 1099) About the role iHealth 360 is looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Assistant to clean up, organize, and activate our HubSpot CRM, and to keep our sales pipeline moving through consistent outreach, tracking, and follow-up. This is an execution-focused role — you'll be working directly inside our CRM and contact list, not advising from the outside. What you'll actually be doing -Auditing and cleaning contact records — filling in missing fields (buyer role, company type/industry), correcting incomplete records, standardizing data entry -Creating and maintaining deal records for every Opportunity-stage contact, including deal stage, estimated value, and close date -Executing outreach sequences — sending templated re-engagement and first-touch emails to contacts at different pipeline stages, logging every touch in HubSpot -Tracking response rates and pipeline movement, flagging contacts that go cold or convert -Maintaining a weekly progress tracker and reporting status to leadership -Setting up and managing HubSpot workflows, sequences, and saved views once initial cleanup is complete Following established outreach templates and tone guidelines (provided) rather than developing new messaging strategy Preferred Qualifications: -active collaboration with Founder/CEO -Available during U.S. business hours -Hands-on experience working inside a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred) -Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented data entry and outreach at volume -Strong written communication for email outreach -Organized, reliable, able to work independently against a weekly task list -Experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or CRM administration -Experience in occupational health, ergonomics, or safety services is a plus but not required
