Key account management: Map decision‑makers, build multi‑level relationships, and execute strategic account plans to increase share‑of‑wallet. Build the channel: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and scale distributors/importers, demonstrating market ROI and partnership potential Own the number: Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned territories; track pipeline, conversion, and margin. Market development: Drive demand‑generation via networking, structured outbound, industry events, digital channels; represent Cosmo at exhibitions and trade shows. Win projects: Develop and convert a robust pipeline with specifiers (architects, consultants, interior designers), contractors/ installers, and enterprise/end customers (e.g., builders, corporates). Solution selling: Understand client needs, tailor proposals (technical + commercial), run demos/presentations, and close with profitable terms. Product advocacy & training: Conduct distributor and installer enablement programs to ensure high workmanship and customer satisfaction. Compliance & documentation: Ensure alignment with country‑specific legal, import, and certification requirements; manage import documentation and logistics coordination with internal teams and partners. Competitive intelligence: Track competitor products, pricing, channel moves, and new developments; feed insights into product and go‑to‑market. Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to deliver on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) and a seamless customer experience.
