The role // We're looking for a sales person to own conversations with warm (and sometimes cold) leads. You'll be the voice on all sales calls and in follow-up conversations. You're genuinely invested in the person on the other end getting the right outcome - even if that means telling them we aren't the right fit. This role is for you if: - You love closing deals but never at the expense of trust or integrity - You can follow a process without losing your personality - You're comfortable with ambiguity and take the ball and run - You see areas of opportunity in the sales process and share them with our team This isn't for you if: - You need heavy scripting or hand-holding to have a conversation - You measure success by "did I get the yes" instead of "was this the right yes" - You go quiet when a lead goes quiet - we need consistent, personal follow-up - You don't reflect on what just happened, and how we can improve it end-to-end Key metrics of success - Clear conversion targets on qualified leads (we'll set the baseline together in your first 30 days) - No lead should ever feel forgotten or chased down by us later to "check in" - You make people feel seen, respected, and supported on sales calls Compensation: 10% commission on closed sales.
