The Opportunity We’re seeking experienced, self-driven sales professionals with a passion for technology and cybersecurity. Your role will be to engage SMB and mid-market clients, understand their challenges, and help them adopt tailored cybersecurity and compliance solutions. This is a commission-only position with 20% of Gross Profit earned from the first-year contract value. Deals may be project-based, recurring, or subscription — flexibility that enables faster closes and higher earning potential. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential SMB and mid-market clients through outbound prospecting and networking. Present and position end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance services effectively. Negotiate and close high-value client contracts. Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to ensure accurate scoping and delivery. Maintain pipeline visibility and activity tracking in CRM systems. Ideal Candidate Proven record in B2B tech or cybersecurity sales, preferably services rather than pure SaaS. Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.). Skilled in leveraging automation and AI tools for lead generation and personalization. Confident communicator who can engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs, Compliance Leaders). Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
