Job Description: We are a 3D visualization agency looking for a reliable freelancer to help us land new contracts. Your job is to find relevant projects on Upwork and send high-quality, personalized proposals to win business for our team. Payment Terms: * Monthly Salary: $200 fixed per month. * Performance Bonus: We offer additional bonuses for every contract closed. * Note: This budget is firm. Your Responsibilities: * Search for and identify high-quality leads that match our 3D services. * Write tailored proposals no generic copy-paste. * Track your progress and communicate with leads to set up meetings.
