Summary We’re hiring a strong outbound sales rep to help grow our auto repair shop network across the U.S. This is a high-volume cold calling role where you’ll call auto repair shop owners and decision-makers, explain our free platform, handle objections, and guide interested shops through signup. The product is simple, but the role requires confidence, persistence, and strong communication. We’re looking for someone who can create conversations, stay positive through rejection, and consistently drive results. What You’ll Do Call auto repair shops from a provided list Speak with owners and decision-makers Explain our platform clearly Handle objections and answer questions Guide interested shops through signup Track activity and notes accurately Follow up with interested prospects Requirements Cold calling, outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment-setting experience Clear, confident English Strong phone presence Reliable internet and quiet workspace Available 9am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday Comfortable with daily call goals Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable Compensation Hourly base pay Commission per signup Performance bonuses Top performers can earn $100+ per day Training We provide script training, call coaching, call reviews, and ongoing feedback.
