In simple terms, they help mobile home parks fill vacant homes faster by handling the entire sales process end-to-end. About the role A proactive communicator who can build rapport quickly, guide conversations naturally, and create a positive experience for prospects. Successful candidates are energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume sales environment—key traits for effective sales reps who drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate showing times for mobile homes Conduct and support virtual home tours with prospects Actively engage leads during tours (e.g., asking questions, gathering feedback, building interest) Handle basic objection handling (4–5 common objections) Manage inbound leads only (no cold calling required) Maintain clear and professional communication via phone and chat Track interactions and updates in internal systems Daily Activity Expectations ~20 phone calls per day ~60 chat interactions per day Must-Have Requirements Strong American English accent (critical for customer engagement) Sales mindset or willingness to learn sales techniques Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Caracas (not remote) Comfortable handling high-volume communication Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar systems) Familiarity with tech platforms and digital tools Previous experience in sales, customer service, or virtual support
