Sales Representative (Medical Aesthetics | Botox, Fillers & Wellness) About Us NPOC Wellness & Hydration is a luxury medical wellness and aesthetics clinic located in Baltimore, Maryland. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments including Daxxify, Xeomin, RHA fillers, SkinPen microneedling, laser hair removal, IV hydration, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and wellness optimization. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative who loves building relationships and converting leads into loyal clients. This is a performance-focused role with significant growth potential. What You'll Do * Contact warm leads generated through social media, website inquiries, events, and advertising. * Follow up with prospective patients via phone, text, email, and CRM. * Convert consultations into booked treatments. * Educate potential clients on aesthetic and wellness services. * Build relationships that lead to long-term client retention. * Help fill provider schedules and maximize monthly revenue. * Reactivate previous patients who have not visited recently. * Maintain detailed notes within our CRM. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. * Recommend memberships, treatment packages, and financing options. * Collaborate with our marketing team to improve lead conversion. Ideal Candidate You have experience selling aesthetic treatments or high-ticket healthcare services and know how to build trust with clients seeking cosmetic procedures. Requirements * 2+ years of sales experience * Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, wellness clinic, or luxury healthcare practice preferred * Comfortable discussing Botox, fillers, laser treatments, weight loss, IV therapy, and skincare * Excellent phone and communication skills * Strong objection-handling abilities * Self-motivated and highly organized * Comfortable working remotely * Fluent in English * Experience using CRM software * Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Bonus Experience * Aesthetic Record * Zenoti * PatientNow * IntakeQ * HubSpot * GoHighLevel * PracticeQ * RingCentral * Zocdoc * Salesforce * Medical sales background Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: * Consultation booking rate * Consultation-to-treatment conversion rate * Monthly revenue generated * Treatment package sales * Membership enrollments * Patient retention * Response time to new leads Examples include: * Hourly + performance bonuses * Commission-only for experienced closers * Monthly bonuses for achieving revenue goals Why Join Us?
