Sales Rep for US Dental Outreach

We help US dental practices bring back patients who stopped coming in. I'm looking for a reliable, warm, well-organized appointment setter to be the voice of our brand with dental front desks. What you'll do: Friendly outbound calls to US dental practices using a 45-second script (no hard selling — your only goal is booking a free 15-min audit on our calendar) Call back warm leads (practices that replied to our emails or forms) to lock in their appointment Send appointment confirmations and day-before reminders to booked demos Keep our call tracker updated daily; short async check-in each day What we provide: complete scripts, reply templates for every situation, training sessions, and prepared briefs for every practice you contact. You'll never improvise. Requirements: fluent spoken English No Accent (you'll do a short video call in the hiring process), availability 4h/day during US Eastern business hours, quiet workspace + headset, experience with US B2B outreach or medical/dental front desk. Pay: $[5-12]/h depending on experience, 20h/week to start (more as we grow), plus performance bonuses: $10 per demo attended, $50 per client signed. Long-term role — we're building this for years, and you'd be employee #1.
