Sales Rep for Remote Recruitment Company

We're looking to bring on a full-time sales rep at HireUA (No Agencies). Our specialty is helping (mostly) US companies find excellent people remote talent abroad while saving money and time for the business owners. We've been in business since 2022 and have placed over 1,100 jobs successfully. Your Job: We're looking for a good sales rep to work directly with the CEO (Kyle) and do two things: Lead "Discovery calls" aka our First Time Appointments with prospects to find out their needs, present a solution and follow-up until it's closed (about 2-5 per week) Reach out through cold calls to businesses we specialize in hiring that are actively looking for remote talent (about 50-70 per day) It's about 60% cold calls, 30% FTAs and 10% admin/meetings on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time job, with base salary plus commission based on what you close each month. We want someone for the long-term to grow with the company. If you have real-world experience making cold calls, have sold services or products in the past and are detail oriented, this could be a good fit. We're looking for someone with a great ZOOM setup with high-quality audio, very good video and a professional look and demeanor (business casual). Plus you have great English written and verbal. We will train you on everything and have SOPs, CRM and all of the tech ready to go.
