Sales Representative for B2B Email

I'm looking for a sales representative who will take sales calls with potential clients interested in B2B email outbound. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services effectively. You will be responsible for converting leads into clients and your job is done, I handle outbound and all that. Experience in sales and communication is essential, native English as well. I'm offering B2B cold outbound to leads in a way that I say its only result based. But I need someone who has the skill to represent that result based as a retainer that is based on certain amount of positive leads or calls booked. Need someone who is experienced in talking about it and knows how to manuver the conversation. the salary listed is per hour, but we can agree on $1000-$2000 per closed lead (depending on the setup fee that you manage to charge them). We can also arrange a variable for every call taken around $100.
