We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. The Sales Representative will be fully responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure for our Microsoft 365 and IT service offerings. No sales leads will be provided by our team — this role is ideal for a self-starter who already has experience generating and converting their own leads. You will focus on identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers, and closing service contracts through your own networking and outreach efforts. Services You Will Promote Microsoft 365 Migration (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.) Managed IT Services (Basic, Standard, and Premium Plans) Intune Setup & Configuration Email Security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Conditional Access & MFA Setup Compensation: Fixed Salary: INR 30,000 per month Commission: 5% on all closed deals (no cap) This structure rewards proactive professionals who can create and close opportunities independently. Deliverables • Independently generate new sales leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and other channels. • Present RCCloud Technology’s offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients. • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and propose appropriate service solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. • Maintain consistent communication and provide status updates to management. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
