We provide in-person, bodyweight-based fitness programs—like Chair Yoga, Seated Exercise, Tai Chi, and Dance/Zumba—directly to retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and senior centers across the U.S. Position Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven, and high-performing Sales Representatives to join our growing remote team. This is a contractor position starting at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours per week after the first month based on performance. As a Sales Representative, your role will involve outbound calling to retirement communities using a provided lead list. Your goal is to introduce our services, book intro fitness classes, and convert these into recurring weekly class contracts. What You’ll Be Doing: -Make outbound calls to retirement and senior living communities -Introduce Kev’s Gym’s fitness programs in a friendly, compelling way -Follow our provided sales script while adapting naturally to conversations -Record key call details and outcomes in our system -Collaborate with our internal scheduling and support team -Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals with performance-based rewards Compensation & Perks: Hourly Rate: $5/hour Commission: $10–$60 per recurring class series booked Bonuses: $100 – Most signed intro class contracts in a month (minimum met) $100 – Most recurring classes booked in a month (minimum met) $500 – Break the team record with 14+ signed intro class contracts $500 – Break the team record with 36+ monthly recurring classes $10 – Signed intro class in an urgent region $10 – Reactivation of an expired account What We Provide: -A fully vetted list of senior communities to call -Sales training, call scripts, email templates, and marketing materials -A Google Voice number and a Kev’s Gym email address -Administrative support—our scheduling team handles all appointment logistics -Weekly invoicing through Upwork -A collaborative, supportive team environment What We’re Looking For: -Experience in sales or customer service -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Highly self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented -Comfortable working independently in a remote setting -Proficiency with Microsoft Office -Experience with (or willingness to learn) Salesforce CRM Work Location & Schedule: -100% remote—work from anywhere -Begin with 20 hours/week; may increase to 40 hours/week with strong performance -Flexible scheduling Application Process: -Submit your application -First-round interview screen – A 15-minute introductory call -Second-round interview – A 30-minute mock sales call using our script -Onboarding & Training – Formal onboarding and training before calling prospective clients Join us in helping seniors across the U.S. live more active, joyful lives—one call, one class, and one community at a time.
