Weโre looking for an experienced, highly organised SDR / appointment setter to help us book qualified appointments with potential dealers, resellers, buyers, architects, contractors, office fit-out companies, and business customers. Our company sells **acoustic office pods, meeting booths, phone booths, office furniture, and workplace solutions**. This role is focused on contacting prospects, qualifying interest, sharing product/company information, and booking appointments for the sales team. This is a serious sales development role. We need someone **reliable, logical, motivated**, and completely committed to **timekeeping and follow-up**. ### โ Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for: - ๐ Contacting potential dealers, buyers, resellers, and business customers (multi-channel outreach) - ๐ Booking appointments for: - ๐ฅ๏ธ Remote product tours - ๐ข Showroom visits - ๐ Free site surveys - ๐งพ Quote requests - ๐ Follow-up sales calls - ๐ฏ Qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team - ๐ฉ Sending company information, product brochures, pricing guidance, or relevant links - ๐ Following up with prospects professionally and consistently - ๐ง Updating CRM records with accurate notes, next steps, and lead status - ๐๏ธ Keeping a clear daily action list and reporting progress - ๐ Helping identify โlow-hanging fruitโ opportunities from existing leads and enquiries ### ๐ค Ideal Candidate You must have: - โ Minimum **3 yearsโ experience** as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales person - โ Strong experience in **B2B appointment setting** - โ Excellent written and spoken English - โ Confident phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach ability - โ Strong organisation and CRM discipline - โ Excellent timekeeping โ **non-negotiable** - โ Ability to follow a process but also think logically - โ High motivation and strong work ethic - โญ Experience selling to businesses, dealers, resellers, architects, contractors, or office/furniture buyers is a strong advantage ### ๐ Important Requirements We are not looking for someone who only sends generic messages. We need someone who can understand the prospect, qualify properly, and create real sales opportunities. You must be: - โ Reliable - โ Dedicated - โ Highly organised - โ Fast to respond - โ Accurate with notes and follow-ups - โ Comfortable working to targets - โ Professional with prospects - ๐ Able to work during UK business hours or partly overlap with UK time ### ๐ Key Targets (How Success Is Measured) - ๐ Number of qualified appointments booked - ๐ง Quality of appointments - ๐ฅ๏ธ/๐ข Number of remote tours, showroom visits, and site surveys arranged - ๐งพ Quote opportunities created - ๐ Follow-up completion rate - ๐๏ธ CRM accuracy - โ Show-up rate for booked meetings ### ๐งฐ Tools You May Use Experience with any of the following is useful: - Zoho CRM - HubSpot - Pipedrive - LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Instantly / email outreach tools - Google Workspace - WhatsApp Business - Calendly (or similar booking tools) ### โ๏ธ To Apply Please include: 1.
