Sales-Savvy Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff for Founder (Long-Term)

I'm a founder running multiple businesses, client relationships, and a growing personal brand. I need a proactive Executive Assistant who can act as a hybrid Chief of Staff and Relationship Manager - creating structure, surfacing priorities, and keeping relationships and opportunities from slipping through the cracks. What you'll do: - Build & maintain a personal CRM; track relationships, log notes, manage follow-ups, and surface opportunities. - Manage inboxes (email + social DMs): triage, flag urgent items, draft responses, handle scheduling and intros. - Sales support: draft persuasive replies for leads, partnerships & founder conversations; keep deals moving. - Coordinate travel, calendar, and itineraries. - Research founders, startups, vendors & events, then deliver concise summaries with recommendations. - Support personal-brand content (X, LinkedIn, newsletter) and build SOPs/Notion documentation. Looking for: - Proven EA / VA experience supporting a founder or executive. - Excellent written English + persuasive, professional communication. - Comfort with CRMs, calendars, Notion, and AI tools. - Proactive, organized, and discreet. Sales/outreach experience is a strong plus. This is a long-term, ongoing role (30-40 hrs/week) with potential to grow into full-time. I'd like to start with a paid 1-2 week trial before going long-term. When applying, please share: 1.
