Sales Specialist (B2C Focus) – Trading Software & Bots

We are a growing software development startup specializing in automated trading solutions, custom user interfaces, and sophisticated trading bots. If a client has a market strategy, our technical team can automate it. We are building our sales engine from the ground up and looking for a high-energy Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to identify prospective clients, generate interest, and pass qualified leads to our technical experts.You do not need to understand complex trading strategies—our technical team handles the deep product consultations and strategy discussions. Your main goal is to find interested clients, open the door, and get them to the table. Compensation Structure:We offer a hybrid compensation package: a reliable base salary to cover your essentials, combined with an uncapped, highly lucrative commission structure. While the base keeps you grounded, the real earning potential comes from our aggressive commission rates—we believe in rewarding high performers exceptionally well.Key Responsibilities :Source and engage prospective clients (mainly B2C retail traders, with some B2B opportunities).Present our core capabilities (custom trading software and bot automation) at a high level.Qualify leads and schedule meetings between interested clients and our technical team.Build and manage your own sales pipeline. Required Skills:Proven track record in sales, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting (B2C preference).Basic familiarity with trading terminology (Crypto, Forex, or Stocks) to speak confidently with prospects.Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Drive and hunger for closing deals in a fast-paced startup environment.Fluent or native English speaker.
