Needs to hire 5 Freelancers We are looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Sales Specialist / Business Development Representative who can handle the complete client acquisition process for our digital agency. Our company provides: Website Development SEO Services We need a sales professional who can manage the entire process from finding potential clients to closing deals. Responsibilities: Research and find potential clients through Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, and other platforms. Generate high-quality B2B leads based on our target industries. Perform cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp outreach. Introduce our services and communicate with prospects professionally. Follow up with potential clients regularly. Qualify leads and understand client requirements. Book appointments with interested prospects. Handle sales calls and client discussions. Present our services and explain the benefits to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals. Maintain CRM records and update lead status. Provide regular sales reports. Deliver confirmed clients/projects to our team. Work Process: You will manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Outreach → Follow-ups → Appointment Booking → Client Communication → Deal Closing After the client is confirmed and payment is received, our team will handle the project execution and delivery. Payment Structure: This is a performance-based opportunity. You will receive: ✅ 15% commission on every successfully closed client deal. ✅ +$5 bonus for every qualified appointment booked that creates a genuine business opportunity. Example: Client project value: $1,000 Your commission (15%): $150 Appointment bonus: $5 per qualified appointment Commission will be paid after: Client confirms the project. Payment is received from the client. We are not looking for only lead generation. We need someone who can take ownership of the complete sales process and bring real clients. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development. Experience selling website development, SEO, digital marketing, or IT services is preferred. Strong English communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. To Apply, Please Share: Your previous sales experience.
