Sales Support & Enquiry Coordinator (Events Venue)
Worldwide
$12 per hour | Part-time, around 3 to 4 hours per day- 5 days a week | Remote | UK hours overlap required We're a busy North London banquet and events venue looking for a professional, organised and proactive Sales Support & Enquiry Coordinator to help manage incoming enquiries and guide prospective clients through the early stages of the booking process. This is warm, inbound work only. No cold calling. You'll be speaking with people who have already expressed an interest in our venue and helping them take the next step, whether that's arranging a viewing, answering questions, or helping them decide if our venue is the right fit for their event. Our venue operates on a dry-hire basis, meaning clients hire the venue and organise their own catering, décor and most event suppliers. A key part of the role is helping clients clearly understand how the venue works, what is included, and what is not included, so expectations are clear from the beginning. What you'll do Respond promptly to new enquiries by phone and email. Explain venue hire options, pricing and availability using our approved rate card. Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their event requirements. Arrange venue viewings with our UK team. Follow up after viewings and maintain contact with interested clients. Keep enquiries moving forward through regular follow-up and communication. Record calls, emails and next actions accurately within our enquiry tracking system. Progress enquiries through to the point where the client wishes to proceed and requests a contract. Once a client requests a contract, our UK team takes over to handle contracts, confirmations and any requests outside our standard terms. Important boundaries Pricing must be provided strictly from our approved rate card. No discounts or special arrangements may be offered. Any requests outside our standard terms must be referred to the UK team. Clients must be given clear and accurate information at all times. What we're looking for Excellent spoken and written English. Confident and professional on the phone. Friendly, personable and naturally good at building trust. Organised and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable handling multiple enquiries at different stages. Customer service, sales support or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Reliable internet connection and a professional environment for calls. Availability for around 3 to 4 hours per day, overlapping UK business hours. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and helping enquiries progress naturally through a sales process. We are not looking for high-pressure selling. We are looking for someone who is professional, honest, proactive and understands that trust and consistency lead to bookings.
