Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating sales-related activities. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. An IT industry background is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead generation Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Manage and maintain customer information and sales opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot preferred). Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests and projects. Track sales activities, customer communications, and project progress. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and timely communication. Assist with general sales administration and reporting. Learn and understand the company's IT products and services to effectively support customers. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales support. Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred). Experience preparing customer quotations and handling sales inquiries. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic project coordination or project management experience. IT industry experience or a technical background is highly preferred. Comfortable working starting 7 am PST. Preferred Skills Experience supporting B2B customers. Familiarity with data center, cloud, networking, or managed IT services. Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and products. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Compensation: Basic Salary + Commissions
