Talent Upstream is hiring Talent Researchers to help us identify and recruit high-performing Go-To-Market professionals across multiple industries. This is a sourcing-first role designed for someone who enjoys finding great people before anyone else does. Compensation $5.00 - $6.00 USD per hour Daily Responsibilities Research and identify high-quality candidates. Source talent through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Utilize Chrome sourcing extensions and AI-assisted messaging. Conduct outbound outreach and build relationships with passive candidates. Qualify prospective candidates. Schedule qualified candidates into our interview process. Build and maintain a healthy recruiting pipeline within our CRM. Performance Expectations Success in this role is built through consistency. While interviews and hires are important outcomes, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates is what drives long-term success.
