Sales Training & Performance Facilitator (Non Client Facing)

Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity to grow within a thriving team, learning alongside seasoned sales training experts with 20+ years of experience. As a Sales Training Facilitator, you’ll play an integral role in delivering our training programs while for some programs, also supporting our AI-Enhanced Sales Performance solutions. This includes reviewing AI simulation scorecards, interpreting performance data, and providing coaching feedback that combines AI insights with human judgment. You’ll gain hands-on experience not only in facilitation, but in helping sales teams translate training into real-world execution and measurable improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate Methods in Motion training programs for client organizations. Co-facilitation at times, may also serve our clients best for a mix of voices and perspectives. • Support program customization by interviewing client Sales Representatives and preparing sales scenarios, PowerPoint slides, and role-play exercises. • Review AI simulation results and provide coaching feedback that blends AI insights with human perspective to improve sales execution. • Collaborate with managers and representatives to ensure training implementation is successful. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Experience in facilitating training sessions, with video samples required for review. • Experience in retail or blue-collar industrial sales (preferred but not required). • Looking for an engaging sales trainer comfortable with and skilled in delivering engaging virtual training sessions, with an understanding of online tools and platforms. • Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed and a commitment to personal growth and skill development in others. • Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills for remote work. • Able to quickly adapt training methods to different audiences, learning styles, and client needs, ensuring engagement and comprehension for all participants. • Detail-oriented, with a teachable attitude and an eagerness to apply and refine what’s learned.
