Sales Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter (Beauty, Education & E-commerce) About Us We’re a fast-growing Australian beauty and education company with multiple brands across beauty services, training, wholesale and e-commerce. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Virtual Assistant who loves talking to people, following up leads, building relationships and converting enquiries into booked appointments and sales. This is not just an admin role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, thrives on KPIs and wants to become a key part of a rapidly growing business. Your Responsibilities * Respond to new Meta, Instagram, Facebook and website enquiries * Qualify leads and book consultations into our Fresha booking system * Follow up warm and cold leads via phone, SMS, email and social media * Convert enquiries into appointments and sales * Manage CRM GHL pipelines and ensure no lead is forgotten * Handle appointment confirmations and follow-up sequences * Re-engage past clients and inactive leads * Maintain accurate notes and client records * Work alongside our marketing team to maximise lead conversions * Track daily KPIs and conversion rates * Provide end-of-day reports on leads, bookings and sales We’re Looking For Someone Who * Has previous experience in appointment setting or high-ticket sales * Is confident speaking with people over the phone * Has excellent written and verbal English * Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented * Can work independently without constant supervision * Is results-driven and enjoys achieving targets * Can build genuine relationships with clients * Is comfortable handling objections and following structured sales scripts * Has experience using CRMs and booking systems Bonus Skills Experience with: * HighLevel (GoHighLevel) * Fresha * Meta Business Suite * Shopify * Slack * Notion * Google Workspace KPIs You’ll be measured on: * Response time to new enquiries * Appointments booked * Appointment attendance rate * Sales conversion rate * Follow-up completion * Revenue generated from leads * CRM accuracy Hours * Part-time to start (20-30 hours per week) * Opportunity to become full-time * Must be available to work during Australian business hours What We Offer * Long-term position with room for growth * Performance bonuses based on results * Structured training and SOPs * Supportive, fast-paced team * Opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager or Client Success role To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
