Summary

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Phase 1 - Handle Made-to-Order pricing requests. This has unpredictable volume and time-sensitive turnaround - Coordinate globally. Requests route is US → UK/Europe → China → back. Fast response is non-negotiable - Follow established pricing process (will be systemized over time, but not fully there yet) Phase 2 - Analyze sales data to surface gaps and opportunities (e.g., "salesperson hasn't sold Product X in 6 months") - Build dashboards and simple reports that arm salespeople and distributors. They should not need to be data experts - Leverage data from website, email, and social tools to inform decisions - Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in the data YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE: - Analytical mindset + ability to follow structured processes reliably - Strong Excel skills (advanced) - BI/visualization: Power BI or Tableau (strong plus) - CRM and/or ERP familiarity - Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication. - "Chameleon" quality. Adapts communication style across regions and functions - Pricing or sales ops background and experience in a global multi-region business (nice to have)
