Commercial Real Estate Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (AI Visualization Services) About Us Transform CRE is a growing commercial real estate visualization company that uses advanced AI technology to help property owners, developers, investors, and franchisors visualize renovation, redevelopment, conversion, and ground-up development projects before construction begins. Our visualizations help clients: Secure financing and investment Support franchise applications and conversions Market redevelopment opportunities Evaluate renovation options Present projects to stakeholders and municipalities Improve investor and lender presentations To date, we have successfully completed projects for hotel owners, commercial property owners, RV park operators, and developers. We have approximately 11 paying customers and proven demand, but we need help expanding our customer base. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can help identify, prospect, and convert commercial real estate decision makers into paying customers. This role may be ideal for: Commercial real estate sales professionals B2B sales representatives SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) Appointment setters Business development specialists Hospitality industry sales professionals Franchise development professionals We are open to hourly, commission-based, or hybrid compensation structures depending on experience and results. Target Customers You will be prospecting and engaging: Hospitality Hotel owners Hotel management companies Hotel developers Hotel asset managers Hotel investors Hotel ownership groups Hotel franchisees Franchisors Hotel franchisors Restaurant franchisors Retail franchisors Franchise development teams Franchise sales teams RV & Outdoor Hospitality RV park owners RV resort operators Campground developers Outdoor hospitality investors Commercial Real Estate Multifamily developers Retail center owners Shopping center owners Office building owners Industrial property owners Self-storage developers Mixed-use developers Commercial brokers Real estate investment groups Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Cold calling commercial property owners Cold calling hotel ownership groups Cold calling RV park owners and developers Cold calling franchisor development teams Identifying decision makers Building prospect lists Researching ownership information Email Outreach Sending personalized outbound emails Creating email campaigns Following up with prospects Managing outreach sequences Tracking engagement and responses Business Development Setting appointments and demonstrations Introducing our services to prospective clients Qualifying leads Following up with interested prospects Managing sales pipeline activities Helping improve sales scripts and messaging Lead Generation LinkedIn outreach Industry association research Hotel ownership research RV park ownership research Commercial real estate ownership research Identifying renovation and development opportunities Ideal Experience Strong preference for candidates with experience in: Commercial real estate Hotel industry Franchise development B2B sales Commercial construction Architecture or design services Hospitality industry sales Development and investment sales Experience selling professional services is a major plus.
