Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our client base across the United States and Latin America. The ideal candidate has experience selling software development services, staff augmentation, IT consulting, outsourcing, or technology solutions to startups, agencies, and growing businesses. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and social selling. Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and business leaders. Qualify opportunities and understand client needs. Present our software development and technology services. Prepare proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signature. Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline activities. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales. Experience selling software development services, IT services, staff augmentation, consulting, or related solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar. Excellent English communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Preferred Qualifications Existing network of startup founders, agencies, or technology decision-makers. Experience working with nearshore or offshore software development companies. Understanding of web development, mobile development, cloud solutions, AI, or SaaS products.
