Salesforce Consultant

We are a growing pharmaceutical/biologics company seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to customize and optimize our Salesforce org for our pharmaceutical sales representatives. **Key Requirements:** Prior experience implementing or supporting Salesforce for a **pharmaceutical rep / pharmaceutical sales organization** (this is mandatory) Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, including: - Prospecting and lead management - Account and contact management (HCPs, institutions, KOLs) - Opportunity and sales pipeline tracking - Product tracking and sample management - Call reporting and activity tracking - Territory management and alignment - Custom reports and dashboards for sales performance - Business development and relationship management workflows We need someone who can help design efficient, user-friendly processes that support field sales reps while maintaining compliance and visibility for management.
