Salesforce Lightning Expert Needed: Troubleshoot Report Export Issue & Dashboard Setup

We are looking for a Salesforce expert to help us troubleshoot a reporting and data extraction issue. We have successfully built the custom Leads and Opportunities reports we need in Salesforce Lightning, but our specific user account (which holds a standard Sales profile) does not have the ability to export the data to a CSV or Excel file. Scope of Work: We need an experienced Salesforce consultant to jump on a brief screen-share call to review our setup and provide a professional solution. The successful freelancer will provide the following: Diagnosis & Technical Documentation: Identify exactly why the export function is restricted for this user profile. We need you to draft the precise, technical support ticket (detailing the specific permissions, such as the "Export Reports" profile setting) that we can submit to our internal corporate IT department to have the feature enabled.
