Salesforce Systems Analyst

Experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst with expertise in gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, documenting complex business processes, and supporting enterprise CRM ecosystems. Skilled in translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and technical documentation while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. * Create detailed business process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications. * Develop and maintain Lucidchart process flows, system architecture diagrams, data architecture diagrams, integration maps, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and solution design documentation. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions. * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation. * Support Salesforce configuration including Flows, validation rules, security models, page layouts, record types, and reporting. * Document end-to-end system integrations involving Salesforce, ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses, and third-party applications. * Create data mapping documents, source-to-target transformation documentation, and migration strategies. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release readiness activities. * Perform impact assessments for enhancements, integrations, and system changes. * Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation to support adoption and change management. * Partner with data and architecture teams to ensure alignment between business processes, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
