Salesforce and Power BI Assistant for Ongoing Support Tasks

We are looking for a reliable assistant to help with small but regular tasks across Salesforce, Power BI, and general reporting. The work is steady and ongoing rather than one large project, so we want someone we can build a long term working relationship with. Typical tasks include: Salesforce admin work such as user setup, field and page layout changes, list views, validation rules, and basic flows Building and updating reports and dashboards in Salesforce Building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards Data cleanup, imports, and general data hygiene Assorted admin tasks that come up day to day What we are looking for: Solid hands on experience with Salesforce administration Working knowledge of Power BI Comfortable with reports, data, and quick turnaround on small requests Dependable and able to handle recurring tasks with minimal back and forth Clear, responsive communication This is an ongoing role with a flexible workload. Hours will vary week to week depending on what comes in, so availability and consistency matter more than a fixed schedule.
