Real Estate Sales Representative / Acquisition Specialist Winvestmentco is a fast growing real estate investment company based in Austin, Texas. We work directly with homeowners across Texas and are looking for a motivated salesperson or licensed real estate agent to join our team. This is a B2C sales role where you'll be speaking directly with property owners, building relationships, negotiating deals, and helping us acquire real estate opportunities. Responsibilities: • Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners • Follow up with leads and build rapport • Negotiate real estate transactions • Analyze opportunities and present solutions to sellers • Track conversations and follow up consistently • Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions team What We're Looking For: • Sales experience required • Real estate experience is a plus • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self motivated and goal oriented • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls What We Offer: • Consistent lead flow • Proven systems and support • Growth opportunities within the company • Competitive compensation with performance incentives • Opportunity to be part of a team actively closing real estate deals every month If you're hungry, competitive, and want to build a career in real estate investing, we'd love to talk with you.
