Salesperson and Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated salesperson and appointment setter to join our growing team. This role is focused on contacting leads, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. Most of the people you will be speaking with have already interacted with our marketing, website, tools, or content in some way, so the role is a combination of lead follow-up, appointment setting, and sales development. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads and prospects Follow up with new inquiries quickly and consistently Qualify leads and identify decision-makers Schedule appointments and demos Update lead records and activity notes Send follow-up emails and text messages when appropriate Maintain organized records of conversations and outcomes Help improve outreach processes through feedback and observations Tools & Process We use a modern sales workflow designed to help our team stay organized and efficient. You will typically work with: CRM software for lead management and follow-up Calling tools for outbound and follow-up calls Email and SMS communication tools Automated workflows that help prioritize leads and tasks AI-assisted tools that help streamline research, communication, and operational tasks Leads are organized within our systems, and activities are tracked so that follow-up is consistent and no opportunities fall through the cracks.
