AI Savvy Marketing Assistant
Worldwide
About the role I'm an AI keynote speaker and author looking for a marketing assistant who doesn't wait to be told what to do. This role is for someone who sees a gap and closes it, spots an opportunity and runs at it, and brings ideas before being asked. If you need a detailed brief to get started, this isn't the right fit. What you'll actually do Identify and test new channels to drive inbound speaking inquiries — you tell me what to try, not the other way around Research topics, trends, and conversations happening in AI, leadership, and B2B to fuel content ideas Write and manage a newsletter — building the content calendar, drafting issues, growing the list Publish and update content in Webflow CMS (blog posts, landing pages, industry pages) Build and maintain marketing assets — templates, one-pagers, decks, lead magnets, campaign materials SEO tasks: update meta descriptions, publish content clusters, track keyword performance in Ahrefs Bring a weekly point of view: what's working, what's not, what should we try next What I'm looking for This role requires a very specific kind of person. You are AI-native — not someone who occasionally uses AI tools, but someone who thinks in them. You use Claude daily. You know how to prompt it well, how to build workflows around it, and how to get real output fast. Gemini and ChatGPT too. AI is how you move mountains quickly, not a novelty. You are obsessively organized and an exceptional project manager — every task has a status, every deadline is tracked, nothing is vague and nothing slips. You don't just coordinate — you own outcomes. You build the system, run it, and improve it. You are a builder, not just a manager — you can roll up your sleeves and actually create things: campaigns, workflows, content, assets, processes. You don't hand things off and wait; you execute. You are extremely proactive — you don't wait for direction. You see what needs to happen, make a plan, and execute. You finish one thing and are already three steps ahead. You move fast, stay sharp on the details, and treat every new challenge as something to run at, not around. Beyond that: Deep understanding of B2B marketing and thought leadership — you know how authority builds and how it converts Strong research skills — you can dig into a topic and return with something genuinely useful Strong English writing — clear, credible, sounds like a human expert Webflow or similar CMS experience is a plus Basic SEO knowledge required Experience launching a podcast from scratch — fast — is a strong plus Please only apply if you have direct, relevant experience in B2B marketing, thought leadership, or supporting a personal brand in a similar space. Generic marketing backgrounds without this focus will not be considered. Hours and setup 20 hours/week to start, with room to grow. Must work in or have meaningful overlap with Pacific Time (PT).
