Scan-to-BIM Revit 2025 Modeler Needed | Light Commercial + MEP Documentation

We are looking for an experienced Scan-to-BIM Revit modeler to create an existing conditions model for a light commercial project using Revit 2025. The scope includes architectural modeling and basic MEP documentation based on provided scan/point cloud data, photos, and available reference information. Scope of Work Create a clean Revit 2025 existing conditions model including: -Interior/exterior walls, doors, windows, floors, ceilings, and roof elements -Stairs and major architectural features -Light commercial spaces such as offices, corridors, restrooms, lobby areas, and service/support rooms -Visible MEP elements such as ductwork, diffusers, grilles, major piping, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and exposed equipment -Basic MEP documentation views, plans, and notes for visible or verifiable conditions -Organized levels, views, model categories, and sheets as needed Deliverables -Revit 2025 RVT file -Existing architectural floor plans -Basic MEP documentation plans/views -Notes for unclear, concealed, or inaccessible conditions Requirements Please apply with: Examples of previous Scan-to-BIM work Experience documenting existing MEP conditions in Revit Experience working with point clouds Confirmation that you can deliver in Revit 2025 We are looking for someone who can produce a clean, accurate, and organized existing conditions model suitable for coordination and future design work.
