This is a part-time role to start with real potential to grow. What You Will Be Doing: Building and managing the weekly schedule for our residential and commercial cleaning teams inside Jobber. Assigning jobs, making adjustments, monitoring confirmations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The schedule must be completed 7 to 10 days in advance without exception. Our automated client notifications go out on the 7th day and again on the 3rd day before each appointment. If the schedule is not built and accurate before those notifications fire, everything breaks down. You will monitor appointment confirmations and if a client has not confirmed after a change has been made, you will reach out to them directly via text. Most of our communication happens over text so a warm, friendly, and professional tone in writing is a must. Customer service is a core part of this role. You will also need to move fast when things shift. Jobs change, clients reschedule, staff availability changes. We need someone who can reorganize quickly and communicate changes clearly to everyone affected. Over time you will work closely with the owner to learn the specific needs and limitations of our staff and clients and apply that knowledge consistently. Hours and Availability: Monday through Thursday, 6am to 9am New York time. Non-negotiable. Reliability is everything here. Hours Per Week: 10 to 12 hours to start with potential for more as the role grows. What We Are Looking For: Hands-on Jobber experience required. Not familiar with it, do not apply. Fluent English, written and verbal. Warm and professional texting style. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once trained. Able to pivot quickly and stay calm when schedules change. What to Expect: This starts as a paid trial. We will assess speed, accuracy, and ability to follow direction. We understand there is a learning curve and we are committed to training you properly. You will work directly with the owner and have a full support system from day one. All client and staff information is strictly confidential. An NDA will be required upon hire. Rate: $6 to $9 per hour based on experience.
