Screenshot mockups to high fidelity landing page - Frond End UI/UX

I am looking for someone to take the screenshots and my branding concept and make them into a real functional landing page with high fidelity. Ideally you are: 1) very good at translating drawings, photos, images, etc into functional web landing pages 2) have experience translating founder brand concepts into reality 3) can work from a design brief, customer brief, and images 4) comfortable with the design and coding Please include examples of how you’ve taken an image or mockup and made it into the matching website or landing page. The brand serves the working class builders with inspiration from as Caterpillar, Rogue fitness, CAT, Lincoln Electric, YETI Need someone who I can explain what I’m looking for and they can make it a working landing page. Include timeline and budget for a 1-page, high fidelity 10-15 section landing page
