You will write compelling, research-backed scripts that captivate our audience and drive watch time. This is a LONG-TERM position with GREAT benefits, including bonuses and raises based on quality and performance. What You'll Be Doing • Writing 1–2 scripts per week, approximately 1,500 words each • Conducting in-depth research to ensure scripts are accurate and engaging • Following our channel's tone, style, and format guidelines • Delivering scripts within 24 hours of receiving the assignment • Completing revisions promptly if a script doesn't meet our standards • Being reachable and responsive during stated timezone hours (GST, UTC+4) Requirements • English expert, native or near-native fluency in written English • Strong research skills, accuracy and depth matter • Ability to write in an engaging, conversational style suited for YouTube • 24-hour turnaround from assignment to delivery • Availability to overlap with GST timezone (UTC+4) for communication • Willing to work long-term and grow with the team • Open to revisions and editorial feedback Nice to Have • Prior experience writing scripts for YouTube automation or faceless channels • Familiarity with to be discussed niche • Understanding of retention-driven storytelling and hook writing How to Apply Please submit 3–5 script samples you have previously written.
