Seasonal Xactimate Supplement Estimator

I have a small public adjusting firm in the midwest united states. We specialize in unique, high end, accurate estimate writing for contractors and policy holders. The estimate will contain attached photos and diagrams, in order to educate adjusters on our supplement item requests. The usual property claim is exterior and primarily roof and siding. We are experiencing a surge in business and need someone to help with the load. I have attached an example of a claim we did recently. We would need the freelancer to primarily be able to identify missing items from the insurance scope of work using inspection photos and measurement reports, add them in our unique format, and explain why they need to be added. If the estimator could annotate inspection photos to point out supplement items or issues, that would be ideal. All estimates would be reviewed and finalized by me, prior to submitting to the insurance carrier. We will add the photos, highlighting, links and edit the arguments for grammar and spelling as needed. I will provide feedback on future changes, but its unlikely that we will request revisions due to strict deadlines.
