Seeking Apple and Mac Help Desk Assistance for Business Environment

Summary

We are a small MSP and have a handful of small business customers using Mac. All of our techs are Windows OS centric, we need someone that knows Mac well to assist with basic support needs. Tasks will include assisting the user with installing remote monitoring/management agents on the Mac, confirm remote support agent is working, install EDR, make sure cloud backups are working, make sure local backups are working, etc. Basic help desk work. Must be able to call USA based customers, English must be very good for direct customer communication as needed. Thank you.
