Seeking Experienced ISTQB Trainer – Foundation & Advanced Certification Training

NobleProg is seeking experienced ISTQB-certified trainers to deliver instructor-led certification training for a leading enterprise client. This is an ongoing engagement supporting multiple cohorts throughout the year across several ISTQB certification tracks. We are looking for trainers with proven experience delivering ISTQB exam preparation courses in corporate environments and the ability to connect certification concepts with real-world testing practices. Engagement Details * Delivery: Primarily Remote, with potential onsite opportunities in Irvine, CA, Austin, TX, and Boston, MA * Class Size: Approximately 10–20 participants per cohort * Schedule: Training dates will be scheduled throughout the year based on client demand * Daily Rate: Remote – $1,100/day | Onsite – $1,200/day * Duration: Approximately 3 days per class Annual Training Demand The client anticipates the following training needs: * ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL): 15–20 participants, 2 classes per year * ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (CTAL-TA): 15–20 participants, 2 classes per year * ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA): Approximately 10 participants, 1 class per year * ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (CTAL-TM): 15–20 participants, 1 class per year Trainers may support one or multiple certification tracks depending on their qualifications and experience. Responsibilities * Deliver engaging instructor-led ISTQB certification training aligned with the latest official syllabi * Prepare participants for certification examinations through lectures, discussions, exercises, and practice activities * Incorporate practical examples and real-world testing scenarios into the training * Facilitate interactive learning for corporate QA teams with varying levels of experience * Adapt content and delivery style to meet client objectives and audience needs * Provide training materials and exercises (trainer retains ownership of content) Required Qualifications * Active ISTQB certification(s) relevant to the tracks you wish to deliver * Strong background in Software Quality Assurance and software testing * Experience delivering ISTQB Foundation and/or Advanced certification training * Previous experience facilitating instructor-led corporate technical training * Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques, defect management, and test management practices * Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to Have * Ability to deliver multiple ISTQB Advanced certification tracks * Experience supporting certification exam preparation and practice exams * Experience training enterprise QA organizations * Experience facilitating classes of 15–20 participants * Background in Agile testing environments How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: * An overview of your QA and software testing experience * A list of your current ISTQB certifications * Which ISTQB tracks you are qualified to deliver (CTFL, CTAL-TA, CTAL-TTA, CTAL-TM) * Details of your previous ISTQB training delivery experience, including approximate class sizes and number of sessions delivered * Your experience supporting learners with certification preparation * Whether you are available for remote delivery, onsite delivery, or both * Your preferred daily rate if different from the listed budget
