Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide ongoing support, configuration, user administration, reporting, and process improvement for our Salesforce environment. This is a part-time contract role ideal for a freelancer who can serve as a dependable backup and extension of our internal team. You will help maintain a stable, secure, and well-documented Salesforce environment while supporting business users, improving workflows, and ensuring changes are implemented cleanly and with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, and access controls Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and data quality processes Support configuration changes including fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes Troubleshoot user issues, system errors, and integration-related problems Assist with release planning, testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validation Document system configurations, admin procedures, business rules, and support runbooks Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions Help monitor data integrity, duplicate management, and overall platform health Coordinate with internal IT staff and third-party vendors as needed Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong understanding of user management, security model, reporting, dashboards, and declarative automation Experience supporting end users and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong documentation habits and disciplined change management approach Availability for regular overlap with U.S. business hours, preferably Pacific Time Position is available immediately.
