Sell-Side M&A Advisor to Lead Full Exit of B2B SaaS (HR-Tech)

Summary

Overview I'm the founder of a B2B SaaS product in the HR-tech / talent acquisition space. I want to sell the business outright (100% exit) and am looking for an experienced sell-side advisor to run the full process end to end. Scope (end to end) * Valuation and positioning: advise on a realistic valuation range and the right buyer narrative * Materials: build the teaser, CIM / data room, and financial summary * Buyer outreach: identify and approach strategic acquirers (HR-tech, ATS, adjacent platforms) and financial buyers (micro-PE, search funds, individual acquirers) * Process management: run outreach, NDAs, buyer Q&A, and maintain competitive tension * Negotiation to close: LOI, terms, diligence support, through to signed deal What I'm looking for - Demonstrated sell-side M&A / brokerage track record with closed software or SaaS deals (cite specific transactions: size, buyer type, outcome) - Comfort running a deal at the small / lower-middle-market end - Direct access to, or a proven ability to reach, real acquirers (not just listing on a marketplace) - HR-tech or vertical SaaS exposure is a plus, not a requirement - Discreet, organized, and able to drive the process without hand-holding To apply: Briefly describe 2 or 3 SaaS/tech deals you've closed (your role, size, buyer type, outcome)
