Sell Side M&A Advisor for Enterprise AI Technology Rights · Overview Perceive Now is seeking an experienced sell side M&A advisor or corporate development professional to lead the strategic sale of perpetual rights to our proprietary enterprise AI infrastructure platform. The platform provides model agnostic AI orchestration, enterprise data integration, decision intelligence, security, governance, and workflow automation across M&A, private equity, healthcare, and financial services. · Responsibilities • Identify and engage strategic buyers, technology companies, systems integrators, private equity firms, and corporate innovation teams • Leverage existing relationships with senior executives, corporate development leaders, CIOs, and CTOs • Position the strategic and commercial value of the technology • Manage buyer discussions, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution • Advise on perpetual, nonexclusive, exclusive, and source code rights structures · Ideal Background • Minimum five years of experience in technology M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or IP monetization • Strong understanding of enterprise software and artificial intelligence • Existing network of strategic buyers and technology investors • Demonstrated ability to source and close complex technology transactions · Compensation This engagement is primarily structured around a competitive success fee or commission.
