Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant, growth path to firm leadership. We're building a firm, not just filling a seat. We believe in sharing success and are willing to reinvest up to about 50% of profits back into the team through pay and bonuses. This is a chance to help shape the business, grow into leadership, and increase your earnings as we grow. Compensation: Phase 1.Paid training and probation for 60 to 90 days at 5 dollars an hour. Up to 40 hours per week, with structured training. Probation may end sooner if you're ready. Phase 2, base pay is 1,200 per month, plus performance bonuses up to an additional1,000 per month. So, that makes it up to 2,200 per month. Bonuses are based on client satisfaction, accuracy, hitting deadlines, process improvements, and overall firm performance. Responsibilities include managing books for US clients, month-end closes, financial reporting, reconciliations, identifying and fixing issues, improving controls and processes and communicating with clients professionally. Requirements include five plus years of solid accounting experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel, English B2 or above, available during US business hours, and someone who thinks like an owner. Additional bonuses $5,000/month revenue: Walking desk / health-and-wellness benefit. $10,000/month revenue: $500/month housing rental allowance. $15,000/month revenue: $1,000 cash bonus. $20,000/month revenue: Home down-payment assistance — up to the lesser of 20% of the purchase price or $10,000. $25,000/month revenue: Mortgage assistance — amount/structure to be defined. $30,000/month revenue: $10,000 cash bonus, paid in installments to support retention.
